It is completely furnished and you will have your own bedroom and bathroom (THE MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH, ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOUSE) I won't rent to a smoker or 420 friendly or someone that does drugs or a heavy drinker or has cats, they make me sneeze. My home is very clean and in a nice neighborhood, so there won't be any parties. That's pretty much my shopping list.
I'm in my late 60's recently separated retired male with a part time job. What you look like or race or sexual preference makes no difference to me but female preferred, I would appreciate a picture and what you are wanting to accomplish by moving in to my home. I'm very easy to get along with and I'm a very good cook. Please email me, the room will be available towards the early part of Nov. I'm looking forward hearing from you. All utilities are included and I have cable and Wifi. I have the house for sale that's why I'm saying Temporary, could be 60 days or whenever. But you will have at least a 30-60 day notice. I'm not in a major rush to sell so I'm not going to sell it cheap. The rent is somewhat.
